Shocking customer service - Polaris Ranger purchaser
After deciding to purchase a used Polaris ranger from theses guys the initial calls and information exchanges were on point. Delivery arranged which was postponed due to not being able to source a drive belt to carry out a service (we own 3 other machines - after a quick call I could of had one next day!). We have them them the benefit of the doubt!
Delivery day. Wow!
The vehicle, had one key, no v5, no keys to lock the vehicles doors, dash not fixed in. New drive belt in the footwell not fitted. Loose wires hanging from under the vehicle, the steering column had more play than an air guitarist. Tail on the flat bed won’t open. All the studs holding the plastics in place on the vehicle internally are missing.
Start up and drive - blue smoke on start up! 1/4 mile drive it eases up and I decide that Palehouse Groundcare are taking liberties.
We call Stuart @ Palehouse to ask if there are keys to lock the Polaris! No he says people just loose them!
His attitude is terrible refused to chat about the issues after taking 12k for a UTV they haven’t described properly. If we’re unhappy we have to send the vehicle back and wait 28 days for a refund.
I personally heard the pathetic man talk down to my wife regarding situation and intervened. A cowardly man who refused to talk and hung up.
Stay away from this cowboy outfit - they might sell you a lawn mover or perhaps a goat! Absolutely shocking way to run a business. I’ll put the defects right at my own cost and I’ll tell everyone I know that Stuart @ Palehouse is a lying, manipulative money grabbing untrustworthy individual.
Avoid this company - they are after your money to make a quick buck. No pride, no sense of responsibility. They won’t help you if you have a problem. Not even a sorry!
At the point - clever big head Stuart starts spouting out consumer rights and telling my wife her legal responsibilities! He hides behind something he doesn’t understand.
