I purchased a report from this company circa Oct 23 and was surprised to see an auto renewal fee debited from credit card on the 21st October 24 for the sum of £24. I requested the account be closed and a refund be made on the 25th October via a 'ticket' by signing back into the account to which I received an email with the header 'Credit Safe' advising they would be in contact shortly. A chaser reply was sent by me on the 6th November requesting the refund. To date I've received no reply and no refund. Note there are no contact numbers on the website to follow up. 21/11/2024 Still no response and no refund! Further request made today 21/11 No response at the 27/12. Clearly not interested. Since I've no faith in them closing my account and no refund I will be changing Card provider so they can't make further charges next year!!!!

This reckless claim costed my mortgage declined!

It gave me an first overview of the business and the standing of the company I was offered to receive financial advice and services.

Great info available and at very reasonable prices

The web site double charged me and I still could not access the report. I have requested a refund and have heard nothing.

take long long long time for updating any company information do not use them

Ordered check on the 15-th of MAy, still did not receive any receipt (VAT/no VAT). Emails ignored.

I couldn’t find a way to print the report or save it as pdf - so either you can’t or it’s not obvious.

I paid my money and was unable to get beyond the error message .

😇🐕‍🦺.Useless service,from O2 mobile...Spent an hour,on the phone,to accounts.I paid my bill.Got receipt. Paid £15,spend cap.Got receipt.Tried to use spend cap,advised,was used.I explained that it was paid,they agreed..tried to use again,nothing....I went into my online account,spend cap,not paid,money was paid into my account,as a credit,to my next bill.Totally Ignorant,and inefficient.

I messaged with an issue about an overcharge on our credit card, and I still haven't heard back. Although sorry if you have replied, I will update this message if that is the case.

Didn’t offer the information in the report that it should have contained.

Deception company I will not recommend them, you don't get what you paid for. and they won't refund your money.

I paid for a report that I then did not receive, no reaction from customer service.

Zero communication when account details are wrong. Very poor response.

I have used company check for years it's reliable and value for money.

I wanted to check a company's CCJ History but no dates or amounts provided
