Avoid this company at all costs. I paid over $7000 for extra provincial registrations in 4 provinces. It has been 3 months and not one registration has been completed and it has been over 1 month since I last heard from them.
Avoid this service. They are quick to take your money but very slow to complete the work and they stop replying once you start seeking updates.
Made a transfer for the service needed, it's been 3 weeks, no service, no email, nothing.
No receipt of email after payment is made. Support answers once a week. Never got my service done. Had to contact PayPal to get my money back
Ditto for me, I made payment of apr/26th to get memo & arts and to date they are unresponsive. No response to emails or phone calls.
I have reported them to BBB and looking for a tv station where they hunt down these kinds of business. I will report them to rcmp.
Company went AWOL after sending them money. They were organized and responsive prior to that point. They have not replied in 13 days since the etransfer. Their phone number is a robot answering that says go to their website.
I should have known better than to send an etransfer so the mud's on my face and I'm out $160. I will be reporting them to BBB, RCMP and Corporations Canada unless I get a refund in the next week. Not holding my breath.

I booked the service to incorporate my company in Nova Scotia and paid upfront via e-transfer.
Their website stated it takes 3 business days. On the 4th businessday I asked them about the status. They told me it takes now 10 business days.
It's now 15 business days and I cannot reach them. They do not pick up the phone and they do not answer emails.
I will see the RCMP.....
