The experience was good
The experience was good, and I received phone support when needed. The website is good in the basic flow, but the structure leads a little to be desired as I could not easily find or navigate to messages sent to me.
Also, after walking through the well structured workflow, access to identifying persons with interest was not obvious. These shortcomings can be easily remedied

Great service
It was very quick and efficient. Online form was easy to complete. Great tracker so you can see how you a progressing. Also I had to call and I spoke to a lovely man. He was polite courteous and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend using this company

Very good! Very fast experience. Reactive staff member, during the process I had trouble with the verification of identity and the staff was quick to help and responsive over the phone. When i called they missed the first call but called back within 2 minutes.
