Curious how a review can be made of funeral service if you are dead ???.. surely the review must be made by the purchaser of the funeral plan

Jay was very professional and during his visit explained all the options from the three plans available.
There was also different payment option such as full payment , deposit and 18 months to a ten year instalments.
Using Avalon Services has given me peace of mind for the future 1knowing my family will have reduced pressure should I die in Europe or the UK.
The PowerPoint Jay used was excellent and helped with my decision. Well Done

Disgusted to receive paperwork today to advise my funeral plan was worthless as the company has gone into liquidation.

My sister did all the hard work, comparing different options/companies and as a result I spoke to her contact John Angus who answered a few queries for me. He was extremely helpful and pleasant and so I took out a plan myself.

Compare Funerals are very professional and take time to explain everything so I would recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral plan

Spoke with a representative called Jack. He explained everything clearly to me. He came across that he has your best interest at hand and I believe he does. He wasn't pushey which I prefer. Once I read all the terms and conditions he is going to call back to see if I am ok with it also said I can phone him if I have something I want to ask. So overall happy.
