Hit by a vehicle in the back of my car while I was driving and I am at fault
I was hit in the back of my vehicle by a state farm insured individual, all the pictures were sent to state farm that was obvious that it was the driver at fault and still they are stating it was my fault. My insurance is stating that it was the driver of state farm that was at fault. So now to get my vehicle fixed I have to go through my insurance and my premium will go up even though I was not at fault. I have never had an accident before. So now when I go to buy another insurance the rate will go up because of this accident that I was not at fault with. So I guess it doesn't matter any more who hits who because insurances just want to raise your premium for more money in their pockets.
