We order valet parking in Heathrow in…

We order valet parking in Heathrow in December. The pickup was scheduled for 7am but due to traffic we arrived at 7:15 (flight 9:15) -arrangement was to ring 20 minutes before -we tried to call on three occasions-no answer-we finally got through at 7:01 and was told the drive would be there at 7:22. No driver arrived -we call numerous times between 7:25 and 7:45 (as it was getting late)-at 7:50 we decided to ask a competitor to valet park our vehicle -which they agreed
At 7:54 we got a call from the driver to say he would be there in 10 minutes-we told them forget it. We have e mail the company to complain -but zero response.
