DONOT USE THIS COMPANY

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY, Absolute ruubish after getting in at midnight last night phoned when landed no answer after about 40 calls I had a text saying phone this number, phoned it the guy was abusive and saying why I'm I phoning him he has nothing to do
With cars at that point I thought we had been scammed, waiting in car park 6 and saw the bloke who took our car last week asked
Where is our car he said he didn't know he's only a driver and didn't know where cars are kept, eventually after going to phone the police and about 2 hrs gone by our car turned up, filthy, dog end and fah ash in the car, we don't smoke, then other people turned up
Demanding their car, be warned do not use absolute rubbish never ever again Gatwick airport, plus they put an extra 70 miles
On my car and used 2.5 gallons of petrol and left on empty.

Management should do something about this activity going on apparently the police do know
about them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they should be struck off!

On booking the drop off instructions for Heathrow airport was the Holiday Inn however when got there no sign of company. On phoning was redirected to nearby Cresta Hotel which is closed/derelict. Parking was at back of hotel with cars packed in into a disused small area ( parking area on broken up ground - very muddy). Had to wait approx 30 mins for transfer (we had enough time so okay) which was in a rent a wreck people carrier which was filfy. However all worked and got to T2. On return pick up is in a differant area to one told ! albeit peple carrier this time was okay however the wait was 60 mins which after 14 hr flight is not good. Was dark and raining on return plus car was dirty and we was tired and keen to get underway so didnt notice scuffed paintwork on the rear wheelarch ( down to plastic!). Following several emails company has not responsed to this plus have since has a parking fine come through from whoever is controlling the crest hotel grounds (obviously this is currently in dispute). started off as a competative parking sloution and has since turned into a major expense.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Upon dropping our car off in the ‘car park’ ( an off road gravelled area rammed full of cars), we got into a van to take us to terminal 3. Traffic was absolutely horrendous and the driver was trying to fob us of saying he would drop off us off at terminal 4 and we could get a shuttle bus - baring in mind we had paid for an exact drop off at terminal 3 and had massive suitcases with us for a 3 week holiday. After I said no we want to go to our terminal the driver did get us to T3 so I’ll give them that.

On arriving back to the UK after 15 hours of travelling we called the company to advise we were waiting for our bags and they told us to wait outside the same drop off point we were dropped off at, we were also told it would be a 10 minute wait. Time goes by and still nothing. Call again to get told the same thing. 45 minutes go by and a driver finally turns up in a van full of other people and said ‘2 minutes I need to go and drop these people off’ and sped off, leaving us again another 10 minutes in the freezing cold. He finally arrives back with the same van full of people. We had to sit in the van for another 30 minutes doing a tour of LHR terminals dropping and picking people up from all over the place. Absolutely shocking and not what you need after travelling all that time.

If you don’t mind being messed about and like to wait in the freezing cold for someone who may or not turn up after travelling for hours on end, then book with these people.
They are the cheapest for a reason and I will definitely not be using them again or recommend them to anyone

Avoid like the plague, regardless of the cost!!!

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent parking booking cancellation, necessitated by the cancellation of my holiday to Jamaica following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa. The entire experience has been exceptionally frustrating and, frankly, unacceptable.
My tour operator cancelled my holiday due to the hurricane's impact. Consequently, I attempted to cancel my parking booking. However, the advertised helpline number on the CompareParkings website was disconnected. Furthermore, the alternative contact telephone number provided proved to be incorrect, a fact I had previously discovered during an earlier, unsuccessful attempt to make contact.
Despite sending numerous emails, I received no response. Time was of the essence, as I feared incurring a full cancellation cost if the matter remained unresolved. Ultimately, I was forced to enlist the assistance of a third-party company, which possessed an alternative contact number for CompareParkings, to make contact on my behalf.
Adding to the confusion, the terms and conditions displayed on the CompareParkings website are, inexplicably, those of Deals4Parking, another company which also shares the same disconnected telephone number. The entire situation has been a complete fiasco, marked by misinformation and a complete lack of accessible customer service.
As a direct result of this experience, I felt compelled to bring these issues to your attention, ensuring that others are fully aware of the potential difficulties they may encounter should they consider booking with either CompareParkings or Deals4Parking.
The CompareParkings Customer Support Team not only fell significantly short of the standards necessary for providing adequate customer support, but has also alienated me as a customer. It would be remiss of me not to highlight these deficiencies, as it would be unfair to allow others to inadvertently make a booking with either of the aforementioned companies without being fully informed of the potential pitfalls.

Having reviewed Compare Parkings website further it would appear they are owned or registered by Quick Park Ltd (Quick Park Ltd Registration No. 13994049)
The latest filing for this company on Companies House is dated 16th Sept 2025 entitled "First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off"

SafeMeetandGreet, is a company that operates at Stansted airport this is also registered by the same owner with Companies House, Trust Pilot ratings for this company are 1.2

After many emails regarding my refund CompareParkings has still not responded or refunded. So avoid like the plague, at all costs!!!

We booked with Greg Maurice as we were…

We booked with Greg Maurice as we were flying from Heathrow and we felt that the car park prices Heathrow were charging were extremely high compared to Greg Maurice, Greg Maurice were charging less then half the price. We were a little concerned due to recent reviews and the fact we have just brough a brand new car that we were travelling in. However, I cannot fault this service at all! They sent us the booking confirmation very quickly that identified that there would be a £15 drop of fee which even including that with the charge for them looking after our car is still a good hundreds of pounds cheaper than Heathrow. We followed all the instructions and were transported to the airport safely and very much in plenty of time. We travelled with another couple as well who was also very happy with plans put in place, the driver was lovely. On our way back they picked us up on time and our car was absolutely fine, they responded to every phone call we made and saved us so much money!

Do you value your time?

There’s plenty I could say about my experience with Gregg Maurice yesterday, but most of it would simply echo the frustrations voiced by other customers. So I’ll keep it simple: it took three hours from the moment I called for collection at Terminal 5 to finally being dropped off at my car—a distance of just 3.9 miles.

If your only priority is saving money, this service might suit you. But if you value your time, think twice.

Stay clear of Gregg Maurice

Through compare parking we booked with Gregg Maurice. We arrived to find chaos and a half destroyed car, which was not a good first expression. The only people we found were a group of people saying they had been waiting more than an hour for the bus shuttle to the airport. We immediately left and paid to park in Heathrow’s own secure and professional parking.

Don't ruin your holiday

Poor - AVOID

Website suggests its meet and greet. was sent an email with instructions for drop off which was blank so looked them up on their website and followed only to find it wasn't meet and greet and was in fact drop off several miles away.

On my return we called as requested 20 mins before pick up only to be told I had not booked a collection for that day. After sending a screen shot of the booking we were finally picked up only to spend more time then looking for our car.

Poorly run shambolic operation so avoid so as not to ruin your holiday

Scam Operator

Booked with Greg Maurice Parking Ltd (T/A compareparkings.co.uk) for Meet and Greet at Heathrow T5. Was late collecting car on drop off. On return could not reach anyone for over an hour. When I finally spoke to someone they had no record of my car being collected and did not have my keys. It then transpired that my car was still in the short stay car park where I had dropped it off over four days ago resulting in parking charges of nearly £400. Upon reporting to Airport parking staff at Heathrow they found the keys thrown on top of the payment machine on the level below which appears to be a regular thing. Very lucky my car was still there.

GM Parking DO NOT USE

GM Parking DO NOT USE. On departure we rang them 20 mins before arriving at car park as requested for a 6.30am arrival and no answer. When answered it was clear driver still in bed. He turned up 45 mins later. The car park is fenced in with an open gate. No office/staff or cameras. Overflow cars are abandoned outside yard on waste land. We paid both drop off pick up fees to driver on departure(£12). On return to T5 2 weeks later, after 23 hours of travel we rang GM co. with 1 case in hand to arrange pick up. to allow the 20 mins notice plus however long the driver was going to take ?? Case 2 was slow to arrive so delayed over 20 mins. The pick up driver rang wife a few times but she was occupied and was not aware, so when she realised she rang him back and got an irate driver belittling her demanding a 2nd drop/pick up fee and we would now have to wait, despite him saying he was outside with 3 customers in the van. When we left T5 and were at their suggested pick up point I rang driver for his ETA. His attitude was appalling and I reacted to this. He then ranted on and called me an F##ing this and a C##T and all sorts I held the phone away from my ear and a number of departing passengers/Heathrow security and Exec. car drivers were then party to his shouting. His final words were threatening and we were told that we could go and F ourselves and get a cab back to his scrapyard car park. We were advised to contact the Police which I did with an exec. car driver collaborating our story with the police when they arrived. We were driven to GM parking by 2 armed police officers as they were concerned that their maybe a breach of peace. They dealt with who appeared to be the co's only driver and have issued a case number in case we get any threats from this outfit as they have our details(data protection). I strongly suggest you consider the above and do not find yourself in this position with this cowboy outfit. ps. the driver has tried to contact us and I have shared with Met Police.

While there are always areas for improvement, I was happy with the cleanliness and condition of my car when I picked it up. The service was efficient, and my vehicle was ready on time. Very bad company

Very bad company - they had advertised Falcon Parking (also known as ParknFly) on their website as a credible company to use for meet and greet at Terminal 5.

They shouldn't advertise/use/suggest a company like this who is appalling. Explained my issue and they just took no responsibility.

Avoid comparing parking companies through this website!!!

Took the money, never showed up!

Company never answered their phone, leaving a family of four at Heathrow at 0530 on a Sunday morning trying to have their car parked without anyone!
Phone number is invalid, and they're not answering emails. Had to initiate chargeback proceedings.

Avoid at all costs

I made the mistake of using this company and they damaged the alloy on my car and then accused me of doing it! A truly awful experience and no response from the so called customer service department by email or calling a number that never answers.

Just avoid this awful company and use a reputable firm I’ve used Maple Manor Parking previously and will again in the future. I am £100 out of pocket to fix an alloy wheel now
