The experience was satisfactory but was not fully transparent.
The experience was satisfactory but there was a lack of explanation as to the end goal! My initial enquiry via Aviva was to find out the best rates offered by Annuity providers not to instigate a full blown review of my finances and pensions. It is the case one thing led to another. For now I am happy to consider a free consultation with a wealth manager but greater explanation should be given from the outset.

Dishonest and misleading!
Entered my details into the website, which promised 'Search every annuity provider for FREE with no obligation'. I was expecting a list of annuity rates, in the same way as you would get with any other comparison website. At no time prior to entering my details does it explain that you will not get any information automatically and instead will be contacted in person by a pension adviser. If I wanted an appointment with a pension adviser, I would have made one myself! This is totally dishonest and misleading!
