You gave the wrong service address and the wrong EIISD. I do not live in corpuschristi Tx. I live in Eden Texas. I gave you my EIISD and APG&E has a different one. The transfer was to take effect 7/21/25 not 8/07/25.

Just checked your order. You selected this address yourself, and you selected the start date to take affect 8/7/2025. I do see you were trying other addresses at some point, but in the end, you selected to start on 8/7/2025, and the Cimarron Blvd address in Corpus Christi. I understand it can be frustrating when you don’t get what you expected, but in this case you did select that address and you did select an 8/7 start date. Hey there Bernadette. Went and investigated your order, and found that you ordered a plan that has bill credits. Depending on your home's usage, bill credit plans could save you money. Texas energy companies get pretty shady with their pricing, and that's exactly what we are here to help shine the light on, to find you the best price for your specific home and preferences. We suggest and show you that the best way ti understand your True Cost when shopping is to load up your homes energy usage (https://members.comparepower.com/shop_usage). When switching, having your home's usage applied to see the total annual cost of plans - instead of these confusing "cents per kWh" prices - is the absolute best way to shop. Short of that, when moving, the best anyone can do is estimate your new home's usage profile, and find you a plan that will be priced best for that usage. If you are confused about any of this, we would be happy to help. We writes loads of stuff about just this problem, it's the energy companies that Compare Power is here to help you win against. Sorry you felt you were “misled”, but the price you got quoted is in fact the price... it's just for a specific usage of 1000 kWh.
