I absolutely love my ring. A huge thank you to Clive and the team for turning an idea into something really special. I had never thought I would buy a diamond ring remotely but the process has been faultless. I have liked the process of having time to think about what I want, without the pressure that is usually associated with jewellery shopping.

I have no doubt I will be a returning customer … I have a plan for the upgrade of my engagement ring and look forward to starting this process soon.

Simply outstanding on quality, service and price. I am absolutely delighted with my ring, the quality is of the highest standard. I needed to have it resized and a prepaid service was provided and I received my ring back within 4 days, fully insured. Would not hesitate in recommending this Company to anyone.

I have purchased from this company twice, both for my wife's engagement ring and ten years later a diamond eternity band. On both occasions the service has been first class. In fact I think I spoke with the same people on both occasions, one being the owner and the other a very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative named Louise. They have loads of choice and can literally create whatever you have in mind. The engagement ring was set differently to what you would see in most jewelers. I had an idea of what I want and they delivered on everything. They have even helped me out on short notice and are really quick to help with anything that comes up further down the line, e.g. re-size, clean etc. Would use them again and again.

I used Compare the diamond for both my fiancé’s engagement ring and my own wedding band. The service throughout was friendly and informative and the quality of both rings was exceptional.

Should I ever have to propose again I would have no hesitancy on going back to Compare the Diamond.

Luke and Louise gave very personal advice and stood by me with advice during the whole process of design and decision making. They were absolutely fantastic. The result is beyond my expectation. Thank you so much!

I had an eternity ring made by compare the diamond (or diamond geezer as they were know back then) for my wife 14 years ago and she was delighted with it, so returned a month ago to have some diamond earrings made for my daughter’s 21st. The product and the service were of excellent quality. What is more they are very nice people to deal with and in this case a visit to their offices to work out our requirements first hand was a very satisfying experience. The staff are relaxed and friendly and the location is in a superb area of the country which further enhanced our visit .

Compare the diamond.com (formerly Diamond Geezer), have made me three Diamond rings in the past, the designs were of my own choosing and they were made with meticulous quality to my design. I highly recommend their professionalism, regular updates to their customers & more importantly their jewellery making skills. 10/10

Luke and the team have been incredible over the years. They have been instrumental in creating an engagement ring, a set of earrings, and our wedding bands. I previously designed and purchased my partners engagement ring with compare the diamond. They were friendly, very professional and their customer service was five star. I chose a diamond that was available at the time and the perfect diamond for a perfect girl became available even after the order was placed, which they quickly pulled strings and organized the change over for me. Very easy and stress free. The workmanship was on point.
Even when the ring needed resizing down the line they offered to do it free of charge.
This service was so good that I had no doubt in who I wanted to make the wedding bands. Unexpectedly my mother in law was taken in to a hospice for end of life and they where given our situation and order on a Friday and it was ready for Monday even though they were busy. Massive thank you to luke, Clive and the team at compare the diamond for being brilliant in this hard time. It meant the world

After some initial issues regarding a ring resize I have to say the customer service has been great. I paid for a ring valet and resize then heard nothing else off the company and thought I had been scammed. Upon reaching out it turned out that the fault was with Royal Mail not the company. Compare the diamond were quick the rectify the issue and have issued a full refund for the service. Thank you again for the quick response and help.
