They responded 1x via Google messenger to me. Called but mailbox was full. Called next day n spoke to a man that sent a text for me to forward my address to. No response in any manner for 3 days, then an apology for "forgetting" about me. Interesting note: on Sat a man said opening tomorrow after 8 am. I responded sun or mon afternoon. Crickets. On Sunday I called again n spoke to a man who stated Monday calendar isn't set, but would be by between 1-4 pm. Crickets. 3 days later that aforementioned text apology. If I can't trust them to simply set an appt or call timely, then WHY ON EARTH would I trust them to do my plumbing? Being waterless is traumatic. Having a plumber mess u up mentally adds insult to injury. I waited, then just called a different plumber who actually SET AN APPOINTMENT. IM FURIOUS WITH COMPASS PLUMBING!

Hi I have been using compass plumbers for 25 years plus , I travel from Aveley now as I moved from Dagenham best plumbing shop anywhere , great advice from one man who has been working there over 30 years , had a real tricky job to fit a radiator through a new tile wall with not enough pipe through the wall , great advise and parts , sorted it , thanks compass 👍👍

the boiler and rads were delivered on time but with no flue for boiler. was told it would be sent the next day but didn't turn up. had to wait third day as it came from different branch. all good in the end as we were at job 3 days. if it was a boiler change I would have been stuffed as it was in luton and we come from cheshunt

The service I received and the polite helpfulness of the call handler was second to none. My order was filled and delivered with out a hitch. Not only will I recommend Compass Plumbing but will return to fill my requirements as I renovate a very misused bungalow.

needed plumbing parts to fit radiators, ordered parts, excellent prices- I simply went with the flow, next to no time parts as ordered arrived.

Brought a lid for a very large water tank. Best price and very quick delivery.

Place one order which not only was easy to do no one around could match the price !! Forgot to order some copper tubing so had to place another order quick call to say could I have it delivered with the other stuff and not a problem, Even delivered it on my preferred day.
