system based on racism - unprofessionalism
They seem to be racists, or a system based on racism, even without checking any financial information capability, and just by confirming that I am not a European union born, I get that my application is not accepted !!! really disappointing.
Update 31/05/2025: Obviously apart from that they can not give you an explanation of how they work or why they cancel, after 2 months I find that they inserted their refusal to pay on installments inside the CRIF system which impacts my credit scoring and by asking to remove it they refuse saying that it is automatic ! I dont understand how can they refuse to process a payment in installments without looking at your income and they also cause harm to you !!! completely spam !!
Just to say that I have already used payment in installments for my purchases and also some of them also refused my application, but not a single one impacted or had been registered in my CRIF profile !!

Out of deep personal before professional conviction all of us at Soisy team unequivocally reject any form of discrimination towards anyone and treat each person with equal consideration and respect.
Our proprietary evaluation algorithm returns a score in terms of a risk index (which is based, for example, on the ratio between existing commitments, declared income and requested amount, information from credit databases such as CRIF, number of requests in the last period pending/rejected by other institutions, or on the contrary, absence of commitments in the last 24 months, which prevents a prediction of credit behaviour...).
If this risk index is not in line with our requirements for obtaining a loan, we are unfortunately forced to reject the application.
We would like to emphasise that these are purely statistical methods, based on variables and classes of data: this does not mean that the person who requested the loan would not be able to repay it, but simply that due to some of his or her characteristics he or she is at that time at a higher risk than others and not sustainable for us.
That said, we regularly finance people who apply for funding from outside the EU; the only constraint we have is that we cannot accept US citizens, because US law requires special reporting requirements that are very complex for us to manage.
