The rent increases are insane. My unit rent went to $365 if @ late $452. Shady practice. Had an issue with staff and was told no corporate number. District manager never called back. Stay away.

In my opinion the facilities are way overpriced.
My rates go up every year, and this past year was no exception. My outdoor spot went up over $25 from last year And my RV was broken into. And since then, no additional security has been added.
To be fair, the facility are very clean. The manager is very nice and polite. I just have an issue with the pricing, but it is extremely convenient for me due to its proximity to my home.

The gentleman
The gentleman, Carlos was it the representative ,that help get my storage unit. Extremely helpful with me making my decision, on the correct unit. That suited my needs. All The unit were cleaned when , when he was showing me the different size units. And I look forward to using your facilities in , for a long time.
