Requested 150 euro withdrawal on a Tuesday morning. Site said instant for my method but it actually arrived Wednesday afternoon, so about 24 hours. Not instant like advertised but still fast enough and the money did show up without issues.

This mobile site absolutely kills your battery. One session used 40% of my battery in under an hour. I tested other casino sites the same day and they didn't have this problem. This one is way too intensive when it comes to loading content.

I uploaded my documents for validation, then a week later support told me they never got them. I had to upload everything again and wait another week. I finally got verified after 16 days in total. There should be some kind of confirmation when documents are received.

Every time I press a button on my phone there's a delay because of a fade effect. Scrolling is laggy because elements animate as you scroll. Navigating sites is really frustrating because of pointless animations and lag. Games load fine. There should be a way to turn off these animations.

The wagering requirements are way too high for me to consider this worth it. I played for hours and felt like it was a waste of time. I didn't even make a solid dent in it and it expired before I was even close to clearing half of it.

I feel neglected here. My assigned VIP contact said I'd get better bonus terms and priority support. But after the first week, they ghosted me. I've sent three emails over the past two weeks and haven't had a response. Regular support says they can't do anything with VIP.

Since I signed up, I have received promotional emails every day. I sometimes get two, or even three, emails a day. I tried to unsubscribe, but the link didn't even work the first time. I FINALLY got it to work, but it took WAY too many tries. These people are too aggressive with email marketing.

A good amount of the deals they show on their promo page have expired. I tried an offer and support told me it ended last month. They really need to update their website more often since it's misleading to show expired offers.

I think support said it was a new policy but they do not send emails to individual customers. I was not told my deposit limit reduced from 1000 to 400. Why should it be my responsibility to keep track of these changes? I only noticed when my deposit failed.

100% genuine company. I have been lucky enough to win a few times! The website is easy to use and the draws are live. Very transparent and honest. I won the C63 on a Sunday night and it was delivered and on my drive by 1pm the next day!! Really nice guys

Not too sure of this competition site yet, first time purchasing a number. Easy enough to use site but have only received email confirming it. A couple of other competition site I’ve purchased off in the past email you with confirmation of purchase and your randomly chosen number, this site leave you hanging. Apparently I’ll get a number before the draw, we shall see.

To get better review next time, tell customers that is what will happen, at point of sale, rather than after grumpy review?

This site is amazing. Live draws on facebook, the whole family watches. More exciting than the lottery to be fair.
We were lucky enough to win the Apple Watch and a ducati scooter. within 10 minutes of the live broadcast finishing a chap called Mark called to arrange delivery of the items.
I never win anything as a rule so we are hooked now,
