I had a great experience at Smithtown Subaru. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel pressured. The dealership was clean and organized, and the team really seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied

Very happy with Competition Subaru

I brought my 2016 Outback in for service. 78000 miles, state inspection, oil change, 12-point inspection were the standard items. Rattle underneath and electrical drain on battery were the unusual items. The service advisor, Mike Giardinello, kept me in the loop, didn't inflate service items, gave me a loaner for 10 days. The rattle was caused by a missing bolt- easy fix.

The big item turned out to be in the Starlink module. Subaru corporate customer service stepped up and offset the repair cost for this item.
The bottom line is this dealer and service advisor were honest, competent, and sensitive to my concerns. The final cost to me was what I expected. The only surprise was the outstanding service I was given.

This is my 4th Subaru. Although this isn't the closest dealer to me, it's now the dealer I will go to for service, and I'll be getting my 5th from this dealer.
