Complete heating quickly fixed the leak and more.

Complete heating were able to respond to my leak in just over 24 hours. When their plumber arrived he quickly assessed the issue and how to prevent the leak reoccurring. Within no time at all the systems had been repaired and he brought his ‘Henry’ in and vacuumed both the downstairs toilet and bathroom leaving his work areas clean and tidy.

Thank you John for a good morning’s work.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had emergency problem with boiler and they came within a few hours, identified the issue, obtained the parts and had it up and working (better than before 🙂)within 24 hours. Kept me updated throughout and price was very reasonable. Am now going to book them for some further work, that had been putting off as didn't want to risk getting a dodgy tradesman. John and Todd are definitely not that 👍😀

Excellent and honest plumber

An honest plumber who lets you know what he’s doing and why it needs doing. It’s a refreshing change from tradespeople that try and bamboozle you.

Always reliable and helpful.

Work standards are excellent and finish is fantastic.

Always my go to plumber, bathroom company I go to whenever I need anything done I can’t do myself.

Please Be Careful!

Had a bathroom refit. Mr loveday does like to say 'I ain't going to be messed about'. First when I initially called him to quote for the work(I don't know about other people but I don't ask for quotes if I can't afford the work) and I'm not in the habit of messing people about anyway, and I was told this again when the tile supply ran out and I'd tried to call the bathroom supply shop to pay for another lot but their line was busy. On day one of the work commencing I told them no plasterboard could go in to the skip I'd ordered yet this was disregarded, his colleague told to 'bury it in the skip' and I had to then remove plasterboard from the skip to avoid a fee from skip company. I was OK with the slight damage to two bedroom doors from where equipment was piled up as they are old doors but I did point out the hole in the woodwork around a door frame downstairs that a guy who works for him caused, which Mr Loveday filled in for me.I'd asked in advance, before work commenced for a loose floorboard
to be fixed next to bathroom door on landing. Unbeknown to me at the time, Mr Loveday drilled through my pipework when he fixed the floorboard, (two holes in the pipes).I doubt he was aware of what he'd done at the time, probably wouldn't have heard he'd hit the pipes due to his radio been on quite loud. Consequently, when weather was minus 3 my boiler wasn't working so no heating or hot water. I was having my usual plumbing company service the boiler when pipe damage was discovered. Water mark on the hall ceiling led to the landing above. I was unaware he was responsible for the damage until the pipes were inspected on the landing by bathroom door during the boiler service. I did email Mr Loveday to inform him, he then phoned me and offered to come out and apologised but repair was done as I was having boiler serviced that day anyway. He offered a discount off fitting a new gas cooker as a goodwill gesture but this would have worked out still more expensive than quote from other gas fitters and Mr Loveday would have the scrap metal value from my old cooker. I requested the details for the company's liability cover so I could contact them regarding my claim but they weren't provided. I emailed the invoice for the pipework repair over to him along with my bank details but he initially refused to refund me for the damage repair. First saying fixing the loose floorboard was a 'favour' - it was a couple of minutes work and final bill more than covered it. Then he said as I'd used someone else to carry out repair he wasn't reimbursing me. As I was unaware he'd damaged pipework until floorboards on landing were got up on the day of boiler service I had no need to contact him. I checked this and it clearly states 'pipework damaged by negligence,you can use another plumber to make repairs and claim back the cost from the original plumber'.'The original plumber is liable for the damage and should cover the costs for repairs'. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 'reasonable care and skill must be used while working' . The damage to the pipework was documented both by myself and my plumber, photos sent over but no reimbursement for the damage ever happened. Not happy with the experience, you don't expect this to happen from a gas safe plumber, and it's a shame as the company will loose out on further work from me.
***I have now received a refund on the 2nd January 2026 for the damage repair cost, as requested. Thank you ***

Outstanding experience

John has just sorted out another toilet for me as had great previous experience using him at my mum's property the day before. Once again he provided outstanding service. I couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone needing a skilled, hard working, reliable and experienced plumber with fair and transparent pricing. Great job!

Great work installing a new bathroom!

We had John and Todd completely renovate our bathroom. I must admit they did a fantastic job of it. Very wife is extremely pleased and I have even shown my work colleagues videos and pictures. I would definitely recommend this company, very professional neat and tidy workmen! Grade A+

Saved my Life

Turned up when they said they would for a boiler and appliance safety test. They may not be the cheapest, but they were thorough and found a potentially dangerous gas leak, got Cadent out within the hour and was all sorted. Explained clearly everything they did and what may be needed in the future. When you find a good company, stay with them they could save your life. Highly recommended.

Very highly recommended for all plumbing issues

I am happy to recommend John for the skill and expertise he brought to my plumbing issues. He really went the extra mile for me, was friendly, professional and helpful, and sorted my problem swiftly and with good humour. Would definitely call on him again.

John & team are always busy

John & team are always busy. Which should speak volumes about how in-demand they always are. Excellent team and if John can't fit your issue he will be more than happy to contact one of his associates who will be able to fix pretty much anything that goes wrong in your home.

Don't go anywhere else. 5/5.

Expert Bathroom Job

We were delighted with our bathroom installation. John and Todd were there every day and worked hard to get old bathroom gutted and new one in. Excellent timescale, very experienced and expert workers. Did a few odd jobs to round off things off! Highly recommend this company.

Had a gas leak in my kitchen evening…

Had a gas leak in my kitchen evening time and I contacted John and he was able to schedule an appointment the following day and he came with his team very professional and he got the job done. I had John again to connect my new gas cooker. He charges reasonable prices and very reliable and understanding.He’s very observant and offers useful and beneficial advice. He knows his job very well and I highly recommend him.

Amazing work

Amazing work, had the pleasure of having John come round and sort out a problematic tap issue. No messing about and straight to the point. He fixed the issue no issues . Great work and a very tidy worker. Recommend him and his company . Will definitely be using him again In the future

Excellent service…

I called complete as I had a problem with my heating.
John arrived as promised, on the same day and did an excellent job in fixing the problem.

Highly recommended

I needed to have my gas boiler and fire serviced as well as having to have an overflow problem sorted. John and Todd were extremely efficient, very tidy workers and gave everything a thorough safety check. They got on quickly with the work and the cost was very reasonable. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

We had gas boiler problems.

We had gas boiler problems discovered when our meters had to be changed which needed urgent work to get our heating and hot water on again. This resulted in a new boiler being needed and John did a fantastic job for us.

Emergency call out on a Bank Holiday

John came out as an emergency on a bank holiday Monday and was with us within 30 minutes! My elderly mother had no gas in a new property we had just moved her into due to a fault with the smart meter which Octopus had to replace but then they capped the gas and wouldn't help us any more! John came out and fixed the problem very easily and made recommendations on other items that has been passed onto the landlord. He was so polite and helpful and explained everything he was doing. Would highly recommend Complete Heating and Bathroom and Tile Ltd.

John fitted me a new boiler 7 yrs ago…

John fitted me a new boiler 7 yrs ago and has serviced it regularly every year , never had a problem with it as his service keeps it in tip top condition, also recently fitted new larger radiator replacing a smaller one , can recommend John and Todd who are always ready to help
