Dreadful unprofessional outfit.
Hardly surprising most of the reviews are 1 star.

Initially their response was good, lots of viewings, we needed a quick ish sale following a bereavement and took the advice and asked a realistic price 10k under similar properties nearby.
We got all the spiel about them looking after our interests, and that’s what it was spiel. Reduced it another 10k to secure a quick sale, after that all they were interested in was the buyer, he became their client. In May they said ‘ their client’ the buyer was ready to complete on the 2/5, turned out he hadn’t got the monies thru, after emails from Complete chasing me to get the completion on 9/6 we agreed even though that was only a few days notice, on the 8/6 it turned out ‘their client’ didn’t have the money, cost us £275 cancellation charge from the movers, then on the 14th they said ready to exchange, complete next day, this time their client had the money. One days notice ! Because the buyer was in a hurry. We managed to arrange everything, now they want money because the place wasn’t clean! The price was reduced by £20k, ‘ their client got a bargain, they got their commission, which I think is all they wanted. Absolutely awful treatment, all Steph was interested in was the buyer.
Wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole.
We viewed several properties with Stuart at Complete and were thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the local area and general professionalism.
He was by far the best estate agent we dealt with during our search and although we ended up going for a new build instead of a Complete home we will definitely remember him when we come to sell next time.
I have contacted Complete 4 times in the last 2 weeks regarding a property on their website.
Not 1 call back. I wonder if their clients know.
Very disappointed
This has to be the best estate agent I have ever dealt with and I work in property. I am also a investor and I deal with estate agents all the time, and this is the most pro active agents I have dealt with. Ben and Mia have been excellent with in hours of speaking to them they had lots of people ready to view. There database was excellent and they had viewings booked in hours. I was looking for investors to buy with tenants in situ which is hard but they lined up lots of viewings without even going live. Don't bother with any agents just use them.
