Would definitely recommend Complete Home Surveys. Their administrative staff are very polite and efficient. They had our survey booked in very promptly and responded to emails almost immediately. The report was completed within a few days of the survey being completed and was very detailed and well written. I haven’t had to clarify any information or raise any queries but have been encouraged to do so should the need arise. I would most certainly use them again.

Would really recommend complete home surveys! Really quick turn around on the survey and detailed report. I have used different surveyors in the past, but Complete Home Surveys are by far the most efficient. Liam was friendly, thorough and professional. CHS Ltd are the third surveyors I have used and the best of the three, in respect of quick response times and clear processes. In addition, this survey inspection was particularly difficult to arrange with the vendors cancelling once and not turning up a second time, but Emma at the CHS Ltd office was persistent and got it booked as quickly as possible thereafter, and third time lucky1 Thanks Emma and CHS for all your help

Received a call back within minutes of submitting the online enquiry form, and the survey was booked in within a few days of my initial enquiry.

Received the completed survey just a few days later and it was thoroughly done and completed to a highly professional standard.

Survey was arranged and completed with report issued very quickly. I also had a follow up call with the surveyor to talk through the report which was extremely helpful.

Sean did a full structural survey for us in July 2022 and was very thorough. As well as the report he was happy to speak to me by phone and respond to queries afterwards by email. The other staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. Our purchase ended up falling through but I'd happily use Complete Home Surveys again.

Emma and Sean were excellent!
I had a lot of questions before and after the report was delivered, and got all the answers I needed in a very short period of time!
The fact that they accepted card payment was also a strong reason why I went for them. The other surveyor I had quoted for was slightly more expensive I must say and only accepted bank transfer. At the point, I really needed to use the card for this transaction.
I am very happy with my decision and will definitely be using them if I ever need another survey done for future properties:-)
PS: the report was handed over a month ago, but I had a few questions following the searches done by my solicitor last week, therefore the most recent date of experience
