Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 220 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported unexpected payments and subscriptions, often discovering £18 monthly deductions from their accounts that they did not recall authorizing. People frequently mentioned that these charges began after making purchases on other websites, such as for Railcards or parking, leading them to be concerned about how their card details were used for these charges. Reviewers expressed frustration over the lack of clear information regarding these recurring fees and felt tricked into signing up for services they did not intend to use. However, some customers who contacted the company or their bank were able to get full refunds for the unexpected charges, with some noting that the refund process was straightforward once initiated.

Thanks for leaving your review. Please be assured that we try to make it as clear as possible on our sign-up page and mention multiple times that our programme is a paid subscription for which the first 30 days are free and after there is a monthly fee.

After making a purchase through one of our partner sites, you would have been taken to this page and been offered a chance to sign up for Complete Savings and receive a Welcome Reward, for which you would have manually filled in your personal details and agreed to our Terms and Conditions by checking the box. There is no other way that we are able to retrieve your details.

Please ensure that we are here to help answer any questions you may have, as well as provide more details on which retailer you signed up for. In order for us to help, please send us an email to mary@completesavings.co.uk that includes your full name, email and membership ID.

Totally unethical business behavior

They are total scammers.
I have no idea how they were able to charge my Am-Ex without me even realizing it.
They never sent an invoice or any reminder about the "services" they were offering.
I don't remember I have ever signed for anything. I found out they were withdrawing money from my cc each month only because I was looking for a different transaction. Since apparently they are a legitimate company, I can't understand how they resort to this base tricks to con silently money from unaware people

Unauthorised Payment

An unauthorised payment removed from my account. Luckily, my bank notified me and have blocked future payments. I contacted the company through their online chat who wanted my 'membership details'. Searching through all my emails, I have never received their alleged membership pack, nor any other contact from this company. I have emailed their customer service requesting a full refund of the initial payment. If they are in any way genuine, I expect this money to be returned to my account. If I do not receive the £18 subscription back, I will be taking this matter further.

EDIT: contacted the company via the email address in their reply. They explained how I had been signed up. I clarified that I had never received email confirmation or my membership pack/ details. They have agreed to refund my payment. Thank you.

Scammed big time!

Well after this happened on another dodgy company I checked all my accounts and low and behold a payment taken every month for 18 for the last 5 years, I dont have any emails but thats probably because its from that long ago I changed my email address. I cant stand companies like this as I swear its some kind of hidden charge that you get mislead into accepting! There is £1000 I wont ever see again, you live and learn hey!

They say the only way of signing up is giving details, love to see the evidence of that, most likely picked them up from something I bought that was nothing to do with it and through some affiliate link been passed the info.

Thieves and grifters who get your data from legitimate companies.

When shopping at Asda online groceries after checkout a little box popped up about this voucher scam company- it was clearly a fraud so i clicked the x at the top to close the box. A few weeks later I was horrfied to check my bank statement and see this vile scam company had not only got my details off Asda and created a membership for me but that the vile Asda had also given them my bank card details too which allows them to steal randomly from my bank account. Not sure who is worse, the scammers doing the stealing or the supermarket who is giving them my personal and card details. Grifters and thieves the lot of them as I never got an email about membership or any vouchers or coupons so its just a fraud or scam.

BEWARE

BEWARE. If you have recently gone to a convention or event, some scumbags unfortunately will use payments like Google pay, and it will automatically sign you up for this "complete pay" bs. I had noticed failed attempts to take out money for a few months ever since I went to MCM London a few weeks ago. Raise any payments as a fraud dispute via your bank asap!

SCAMMERS. I am extremely frustrated

I am extremely frustrated. Last night I visited my account to send some money and I saw this weird name Complete Save about to take £18 from my account ( pending). I reported them immediately as a fraud. I noticed that they have been taking the same amount from my account since November 2024 and I did not notice because it was the same amount I pay monthly to my daughter's phone bill.
I will talk to my bank on Monday and see how to report them again.
I never signed any contract with them. Never had a free trial for anything. Never received any emails from them.

Just looked at out bank account to find this company had been taking it £18 for the passed two months, thank god we noticed it when we did! Goggled the company to find 100's of 1* reviews, how on earth do you actually get away with this! You say all of us signed up to your company, however none of us actually did as you have a cunning way how to trick people into getting their money, we can't even find an email or anything with your name in it to explain when you're taking my money out each month or what i even get for my membership. Scammers

Scammers, I dealt with this outfit in 2023, when they took money from my account without permission. Spoke to the bank who refunded the amount in full as they had dealt with constant refunds to customers for this company's shady business practices. I posted the review on trust pilot at the time. But was notified by Trust Pilot that this company was paying good money for a pro account which gave them a the ability to remove reviews.. basically a cash for review manipulation scheme. There is 3000 1 star reviews here.. imagine how many customers they have actually scammed that they have pushed to have their reviews removed from trust pilot?
