I've ordered with these guys for years and lately (in the last 6 months to a year ) they've become extremely bad in delivery, communication, timing....
In the last order that I put through I waited 5 days then I emailed them asking to where my order is and why it hasn't been shipped???
They replied 24 hours later saying....WE HAVE REFUNDED YOU YOUR MONEY.
1 I never asked for a refund
2 I think I need a explanation as in to where is my order why am I not getting my order and why am I getting a refund without asking
3 a apology would be nice as the products were very important for my food diet and competition etc
I then waited 2 days for someone called CATHERINE (brand manager) to tell me that there was a problem with the warehouse blah blah blah so after 8 days altogether of going back and forth with these nasty individuals they didn't even think that it would be human to maybe give me a date as to when they can get me my product or even more human to actually say..for your next order we can offer you a discount or anything as a good gesture
Instead they thought that my refund was something good from them
Bare in mind these guys Whatsap me with offers everyday so when I was trying to get in touch with them they won't reply for minimum 24 hours or even 2-3 days
I have recommended a lot of my friends family clients to this company and now I am taking my time to write this as I usually don't do anything like this but guys please anyone who's reading this you should stop shopping with these animals these disgraceful people careless individuals there's much better prices out there for the same products on google.com

I've tried numerous whey isolates over the years as I'm lactose intolerant and nothing comes close to this company for cost, taste, mixability and quality. Simply wouldn't use any other

Wouldn’t recommend any supplement company other than complete strength. Incredible panel of ingredients in each supplement and a huge variety of flavours of whey, whey isolate and cream of rice to suit all! Daily supplements are very good dosages and their delivery is super efficient!

Anyone else ordered the TBJP stim 2.0 and received a tub of the TBJP stim original ( a product they dont sell ) cos i have! When quizzed about this i was told when i return the wrong tub i will be sent the 2.0 version, obviously never was going to happen as they dont sell it, they send out the original and hope you cant be arsed to send it back, anyway, 9 days after the 48hr recorded delivery, miraculously its gone missing! And as a nice gesture they've refunded me the money, a nice way of avoiding sending the correct product they dont even sell, DO NOT ORDER THE TBJP STIM 2.0

Great company with super fast despatch and delivery. Their 'COR' (Cream Of Rice) is a cost effective, convenient, easy and most importantly delicious way to meet all of your carbohydrate requirements. I'm yet to try any of their other products, but if they're all as good as the COR then they're on to a winner.
