I gave Complianz some feedback on their website after I experienced a problem.

They took the feedback on board and they updated their website to fix the issue that I had.

This is RARE these days, usually customer service interactions today result in dismissive responses and just more customer frustration, so credit to Complianz.

I had an issue getting Google Analytics to populate with Complianz activated, and Antonio was extremely helpful getting up and running. It was a very quick fix. Thank you so much!

Have a lot off issues with it don’t work when we want concent mode to be logged on external booking system with our subdomain. Also a lot of issue installing plugin and not great support

I had an issue with my WordPress premium licence, which was resolved quickly. The customer service team was excellent. Many thanks to Sahar from Complianz.

We had many issues due to our motive overwriting the plugin and honestly without the support from Antonio C. we would not be able to actually get this done. They were quick to respond and very "dummy" friendly. As a small company who doesn't have an IT employee and just is not very well versed in the topic, Antonio C.'s help was genuinely such a relief.

Friendly staff, great customer support and quick responses to any queries. Sahar from the customer support team was very helpful and resolved my query quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I have used the free version of Complianz on a number of sites and been happy with the results. A move to the Pro version was a little trickier and I have decided to stay where I am in the short term. Notwithstanding this the support from Complianz, I dealt with Marta, was exemplary, frankly exceeding my expectations. If you are unsure about the product or the company my experience is that you absolutely safe to engage with them. 5 Stars without hesitation.

I used the Premium plugin for years and was very satisfied with it, thank you! The support is very, very helpful and quick - definitely 5 stars!

Okay, plugin but support is very bad, way below other wordpress pro plugins support levels.

I would recomend to find another one.

I am using Complianz across several homepages, and it is the best cookie plugin I've used so far. Complianz also has friendly and efficient support - even for the free version of the plugin. Great thanks to Roberto Salassa, who helped block and declare cookies that were not identified and blocked automatically.

Very fast support, Plugin with all necessary functions and good documentation.

Plugin is great, but support is awful. This used to be a great company, but now their support is overloaded (oversold?), and they take forever to respond to support tickets and fix critical bugs. Stay away until further notice!

I'm using the Complianz Cookie consent for wordpress. The plug in is straight forward and the online explanations are really detailed. At some point I contacted the support due to specific questions.
Antonio C. answered super friendly, had solutions for everything and even double checked the solution at the end. Big thanks to the best support I could ask for.
