I ordered a high rear brake light for my Landrover but unfortunately the screen washer jet wouldn’t come through correctly so couldn’t use it. Company offered full refund plus 10% discount on next purchase. Thanks

SCAMMERS

I received my printer but it does not work. It scrunches paper up within it and smudges all my work.

All they tell me is that if I return it I have to pay a restocking charge of 30%, plus carriage, plus I won’t get my refund for “a long time”, it will be damaged in transit too apparently so they can’t justify their faulty item.

Not only that but I’ve been told it’s my fault as I’m printing things which are “too complex” for the printer (a butterfly and a flower which is what it’s for as it’s a tattoo printer). BUT I WAS TOLD TO SELL IT ON!!????

I’m just starting out in my business and they’re are already screwing me over. Please don’t buy from these bleepers. Totally unjust.

Very unhappy. The company offered a product with guaranteed Christmas delivery (22nd dec) on the 21st it was clear this package was not arriving when checking tracking so I contacted them. Turns out there was no intention of it coming before Christmas as the uk warehouse was apparently out of stock. Very disappointed son who didn’t get the present at Christmas. It came 10
Days after. They refused to let me cancel the order due to them not fill filling their promise and are reluctantly now offering a 5% refund which won’t even cover the postage if I did return it!! (they will not cover this). Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic service. Had the slightest of issues with my order but Carl, a componentauthority Customer Support Representative, manage to sort the issue very quickly.

Prompt and consistent communication, made resolving the issue very easily. There’s nothing worse than getting slow replies and representatives that put themselves before the customer.

The company's phone doesn't work, and the chat on the company's website doesn't respond! I had to reschedule the MOT due to the company's irresponsibility, I will never buy again and I don't recommend it.

Ordered a part for a piece of plant equipment. Still waiting over a week.
Did not realise this company is actually a SCAM and they provide fake tracking and delivery information.
CA do not hold any stock.
Not UK based, do not buy from them.

SCAM. they describe their products as OEM quality but in fact you receive junk from aliexpres. item suppose to fit plug and play, made specifically for the vehicle but it doesn't. plugs and sockets are similar but do not fit each other. plastic used is so fragile that you can brake it into pieces with your bare fingers just. Also delay with delivery, when contacted customer services they responded ok so kept waiting. when item arrived and contacted them again, no answer. SCAMERS do not use

I have bought from this site multiple times, all for motorcycle parts, and every time I have been provided with good quality products as shown in the description, along with fast delivery times. I recommend this site for for the purchasing of products for many different applications

However for some unforseen reason it didn't fit my bike, but the customer service team dealt with the problem very quick and fair!

Ordered a laser pen and got wrong one but they offered me a full refund and let me keep it. But only if I gave them a good review which is blackmail.
