Appalling Delivery Experience

Whilst the quality of this company's products is excellent, their delivery and after sales service is appalling.
I ordered and paid for a Composite Shed in August 2026. which arrived in a 3rd party van. When trying to unload the shed it crashed to the ground breaking the pallet and bursting the package. The delivery driver was unable to move it and he made a quick get away. Composite Sheds were notified by me immediately it had happened - no joy!! then again 2 days later when I was informed the problem would be passed to a team member.
It is now October and the company have failed to address this problem despite me contacting them on at least 8 occasions.
The shed lays where it fell which is 20ft from my back gate entrance and at almost 80yrs old and female I am unable to move it. This would take at least 2 strong fit
men.
I will update this review if the Company address this issue in a satisfactory way instead of ignoring it.
