Third time I've ordered from Composite Wood Shop and, as usual, received impeccable service.

In January 2025, I ordered composite woodgrain cladding. The cladding was delivered swiftly in perfect condition but was only fitted about a month ago and it looks superb.

Unfortunately, the way in which we installed it meant we needed two very short sections (2 x ~5") of composite woodgrain corner trim, which I hadn't planned for. I didn't wish to pay for a single length to be delivered (£££) so I popped over to Composite Woodshop HQ and picked up a short offcut/broken section of trim for a few quid that did the trick. Many thanks for that.

We contacted Composite Wood shop for materials for the construction of our back garden patio. They were very knowledgeable and made the ordering and delivery process so smooth and hassle free. I would gladly recommend their services.

I initially contacted The Composite Wood Shop to ask their advice about artificial grass with PE backing for dogs as I wanted something that wouldn’t hold odours in the way latex-backed grass does. The advice I received from Paula was superb and I was able to make an informed decision. I ordered some Luxury Canine 38mm grass and Envirofill and requested it be delivered two weeks later on 17th April.

Ordering was easy and delivery was on time. The delivery man was also very friendly and helpful. The quality of the grass is great and the Envirofill was easy to work into the pile. The sizing of the grass was also very generous.

Overall my experience of dealing with The Composite Wood Shop is very positive and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Fast delivery but not an easy website to use. wasn’t able to order online had to go through a sales team which wasn’t the best experience. The corner pieces that were delivered were all warped and not straight so we are now struggling to keep them on.
