I bought a jacket. When I received it, it was of very poor quality and way too small even thought I purchased it a size larger than what I usually wear. When I contacted the company for a return they would not accept the jacket back for a refund. I paid $45 US dollars and they said that they would give me $7 back because it would cost too much to get it back. They refused to send me a label so I could return it and give me my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS CHEAP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Do not trust this online Facebook company. I ordered 2 jogging suits a week ago and the size is way off. The website says returns are easy . They will not allow me to return it but keep offering me a few dollars to keep it. I am so aggravated. I will go to my credit card company

Tried to cancel immediately told it’s already shipped. Never received and they will not refund.
Terrible customer service

I ordered a two piece set, top and pants, which arrived timely. However, they were way big and I cannot use them. I tried to get a return for refund and all they are doing is putting me off and offering refund of $4 if I keep something I cannot use. I finally have reported to Paypal and asked them to intervene. Terrible company.

I placed and order and kept getting the run around on delivery. The tracking was very vague. In trying to track it down it was very hard to get anyone to respond. After 2 months the order finally arrived. I have been trying now for over 2 weeks to get someone to respond because the sizing was way off. I need to return the items but no one will respond. Horrible customer service and I will never order from them again.

I am SOOO over dealing with this terrible company! I ordered a blouse, which they claim was delivered but I never received it. I asked the mail carrier, tracked it using the number provided, etc. but every time I informed them that I didn't receive it (despite it being marked as delivered) they refused to either reship or credit my account. I am an honest person who just wants my blouse!! Absolutely zero customer service!! You've been warned! Buy from somewhere else!

Hard to be totally sure this is the same company that scammed me, but since this one doesn't have a secure website, I'm betting it is. The name is spelled exactly the same. I ordered a hair piece described as a clip claw. What I received was a clump of very cheap hair and no claw clip whatsoever. Paid through Paypal, so filed a complaint. Paypal settled in their favor because they offered that I could return the item and I couldn't prove I did. There was no way I could return as it came out of China. Little cost prohibitive and they know it. They send crap knowing the customer will never return it, so they keep your money. VERY DISHONEST
