After signing the documents and leaving the office I received various informative emails relating to the sale and transfers. I received the payment to my bank account the following day. I would highly recommend this company and their office at Murcia.

Disappointing experience selling my Audi.
AutoHero initially offered me €9,925, but after a thorough inspection, the offer was reduced to €8,960, which I accepted to avoid starting the process again.
The experience then became unnecessarily complicated when I was asked to provide a Modelo 576, despite the fact that this was ultimately confirmed as unnecessary. This resulted in considerable wasted time and frustration.
Once payment was finally made, I discovered that €79.99 had been deducted as a sale fee. Although the charge appeared in the small print, it was not clearly explained to me by the salesperson when the offer was discussed.
I appreciate that fees may be included in contractual documents, but I expect costs that reduce the agreed payment to be explained transparently before accepting an offer.
Overall, a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend AutoHero based on the way this transaction was handled.

an absolute con - be aware - dont use them
had to attend twice - representative rude - using a "depth of paint" measure both unreliable and unrealistic to criticise this little used and in perfect condition car - I realised straight away this is a con - and left - awful waste of my time!!!!!

Very straight forward process. Professional approach and very quick decision. Only issue is that car questionaire does not allow for RHD cars and thus valuation is infflated.
