Bad experience
I ordered phone from computernørd on March 9th, the same day the money was taken from my bank account. Waited 12 days and then I got an email that there is something wrong with Paypal and that I will get money after a week and they will refund me 300 dkk. I even wrote them a message asking if for real I will get phone that day because I really need it, and [navn fjernet] assured me. But I didnt got the phone, I wrote them e-mail they didnt respond. I even wrote some of them, but no answer.. then after some time I wrote them angry e-mail how I am satisfied with their company and that I want my phone, [navn fjernet] answered me that I need to say my order number that she could look. I wrote my order number but no answer until today. I gonna fight for my order, how company can treat their customers like that, this kind of company should not exist.. And don't say me that you wrote e-mails back to me, because I don't get any, and my spam is clean. very very disappointed, and I gonna make sure that people around me would know how this company works..

I will add some recent information about my order from computernord. After I wrote this review I got an email, that my products will be shipped that day. I waited 8 days, but no product.. So I wrote to them that I wont get it and then I got an email on tuesday (this week) that they shipped my order and that I will receive them the day after tomorrow.. but unfortunately its friday and I still dont have it. So I wrote them an email that I am tired of it and now I want my money back, but until now, no answer from you. Almost 2 months how my delivery is not coming, so people be aware of this company.

More than three months ago I had ordered my phone. As you know I didn't get it, so I asked for my money back. Its been 3 weeks now, and I haven't got any money. They wrote to me that I am their first priority with that.. Yeah right. This company should not exist by treating their customers like that. They don't answer to my mail anymore and showing their company's true colors.
