Absolutely disgusted with the way this…

Absolutely disgusted with the way this has been handled. I purchased a computer through Amazon with next-day delivery, only for it to arrive faulty. Compuzone insisted on receiving it back before sending a replacement, but then provided a returns label that was not next-day. Two working days later, they still hadn’t received it.

I am now left without a working computer and no replacement. Customer service was rude, and they wouldn’t even answer my phone call yesterday. I no longer want a replacement — I want a full refund. I will be informing Amazon. Absolutely shocking service.
