Very poor, these reviews are by their own staff, haha Oliver you are a bad salesperson. I was told you were fired for unprofessional conduct and then you answered the phone. All these reviews are false. You guys left me without hot water in my kitchen for 8 months and the local council made me aware that this is completely illegal. No openable windows or doors, again for 8 months and completely ignored. Also, I was told you were the property owner not an agent by Oliver, so ,it’s mis-selling and now I refuse to pay rent as my guarantor will pay as the contract states. Yet they don’t seem to want to do this. I am registered disabled and this company has taken advantage of my good nature. All the fixtures and walls are cracked and the roof leaks lol. A very poor company with poor staff who can not even lie correctly. Avoid at all costs, people. I was a sales manager and a managing director of a children’s community interest company. I know the law and this company is unlawful and disgraceful. Keep the deposit and take the rent from the guarantor guys. You have caused so much stress and I have been broken into 5 times too. So beware the areas, people. They laugh and joke and act like information has never been spoken as they will delete messages. Avoid this company, God-awful and borderline criminal
