I’m really pleased with my hot tub and the excellent service I received from Concept Spa. From start to finish, the whole process was straightforward and professional, and I felt well looked after throughout. The quality of the hot tub is fantastic and has been a great addition to our home. I always try to buy local where possible, so being able to purchase from a local company in Llangefni was a real bonus. I’d happily recommend Concept Spa to anyone considering a hot tub.

Bought our hot tub from Concept spa a year ago, fantastic showroom with lots of choice on display and expert advice from Jack who helped us decide which model was best for us. Over the last year we have used their shop to buy our accessories and chemicals at competitive prices and the staff are always on hand, helpful and pleased to see us. We have just had an annual service, fairly priced and professionally completed by their own engineers. Really happy with the hot tub and enjoying how de-stressing and relaxing it can be. Absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Concept Spa and a big thank you to all of the staff.
