Ordered on the 24th of December and they said it would take 12 days to ship, today is the 17th of January, and am yet to get my order.

After two miscarriages at 40 yrs old I am desperate to give myself chance to have a healthy baby. I heard about this company's products. I went for a duo pack for £39. I set up a subscription. The first month came pretty slow id guess about a week late which was disappointing as it stated 48 hrs on website.
The second months money was taken on 9th October which was ok at I had 5 days pill left. Unfortunately its now the 24th October and they are still processing at the warehouse.
The company are rude and uncaring that they cannot provide the service we have paid for. They so far have refused to refund me and don't seem bothered that I have missed half my cycle already which seems to defeat the object of taking their supplements if cant have them for the time when is most crucial.
Thry have told me they have the supply for the demand but just have high demand so the products move between warehouses.. This makes no sense to me. If you have the products send them out..
They got very upset and stated false accusations would be taken seriously if I made a complaint.. Im not sure of the logic on this.. I paid for my products to be supplied as promised thry are unable to do this.. how is that a false accusation..

Dreadful company.. if you want to have a baby I just can't see how missing half your cycle due to nondelivery in acceptable time frame is conducive with conceiving a healthy pregnancy if you need the extra supplentary support.. The only thing I could suggest is to purchase another product to take whilst waiting but why should we if paid a pretty price for this to be here on time..

Worst website ever, it automatically added and charged me for the product I didn't even buy.

Very unhelpful worst experience ever. No one provided me with any results tell me package will shipout and cant say when. I paid for priority shipping and there solution is to refund me my shipping cost and give free shipping which will take longer for me to get my package. No supervisor lresented when asked. My wife is upset as it is already. These people are cold hearted and horrible would never purchase or recommend purchasing from them unless its through a trusted site like amazon or walmart.
I would be very careful of them, i will edit or repost on the outcome if they take my money without honoring their statements or policy.
