Concord Advance is very fast and reliable. Their rates seem to be the lowest in the industry. They have always come through for me when I have been in a pinch. Highly recommend them!

Have used Jake at Concord probably 5x over the past four years or so. 100% great experience each time. No reason to look anywhere else if you need a commission advance. Very professional and prompt.

I cannot say enough good about this company and Jake. Their rates are significantly less than the others, they are very quick to get you the money and Jake is the best with getting back to me quickly. You won't be disappointed with this company.

There are many ads for Commission Advance Companies, but there always seems to be a catch or hidden fee. Not only does CCA deliver as promised, their responsive and hands on customer service was a pleasant surprise.

I have used Concord on a couple occasions and was extremely please with Jake and the whole process. I was hesitate at first, but Jake made the process seamless and quick. I expected a long drawn out transaction but it happen so quickly, it made me wonder why I never explored this avenue before. I researched several companies and found Jake and his team to be the best. I never really write reviews, but on this occasion was complelled to because the experience and relationship worked out so well.

I have worked with Concord and Jake several times, they are super quick to turn around your request which is very important. I will continue to use them when needed. Thank you Concord.

i work with concord advance a few times they are great fees are very high but it come in hand when i was in desperate need and couldn't wait to the deal was finally closed they are fast and was not require too much like credit just the basic, it a pleasure work with them just wish fees was less :)

I must admit, the experience I had with Concord was exceptional to say the very least. Real estate is fluid and takes crazy turns at unexpected times. As a realtor, I have to stay in the fight to ensure a positive outcome for my clients. Concord covered me financially in such a way that I could provide my client with the best overall service I could provide. They have pricing that allows the agent to have a living (lol) after payment. I will never use another service other than concord again. I am very pleased with the services provided. I have never seen or heard of a lender that's that good.

Jake and Concord have been been amazing to work with!! I have been using them for close to 3 years now they are very understanding, organized , and extremely efficient. I assumed that they would be hesitant to grant advances during the pandemic, yet they still did at a time where i really needed an advance even when my deal fell apart they were still very patient with me. I absolutely love Concord Advance. The staff is amazing and Jake with Concord is always available to me. The service is great, the rates blow the other advance companies out of the water. I highly recommend choosing Concord to be there for you, when your commission is a ways off, but you need money now! This is the best solution.
