The Milton Keynes garage has had my partners Hyundai Coupe for 13 day’s now, it went in for a head gasket repair and we were told it would take a day or two. Our contact James rarely calls us back when he tells us he will, he hasn’t offered any help or advice and doesn’t seem to give his customers any sympathy.
All we know is the head went away to be skimmed and is still at the supplier.
He has failed to get us a courtesy car making our lives very difficult as I’m having to drive her to work.
I wouldn’t ever recommend this garage, not even to my worst enemy.

Lied about fixing my windscreen washers. Cambridge branch are cowboys. Pay a bit more and get a mechanic.

Booked MOT on-line. Excellent throughout from booking to job completion.. recommended.

First time using this garage, but up to now very satisfied. They are doing some more work on my for its MOT.

Managed to fit in emergency diagnosis and repair failed brake caliper by next morning.

Ordered & PAID for 4 tyres online Wednesday 11th. Booked for Friday 13th to do. Received phone call from branch on Thursday 12th morning informing they cannot get hold of tyres until Tuesday 17th to fit.
I had already PAID, the system should not have allowed the booking if the tyres were not available. I had to hire a car for my wife on the Saturday as I was unhappy for her to drive her car until the tyres were changed.
Overall -Very disappointed in the service.

They are all very friendly and could not do enough for me .
Great will be going back there.

Great customer service from Andy at the front desk please let him know what a great job he doing at the Leicester branch and was super busy and still got great service.

The manager was superb on this and previous visits, for other things, his manner and customer service is second to none.

The vehicle was in excellent condition as one would expect for a 67 plate. Full instructions given before driving off about the terms and conditions as well as the vehicle

Excellent service overall and good value. Appreciated being kept up to date with progress of repair. Fixed costs which helped as well. Nice, friendly people. Upstairs waiting room could be more comfortable.

This was the worst experience I've had with any garage. When collecting my car from them I was absolutely shocked to see a huge gash in my front bumper. They made no explanation to how this happened and seemed very unconcerned. Was told there would be an investigation into why this happened and even after a month had heard nothing. This is how they treat customers ? Spoke to someone in head office who was extremely arrogant and unsympathetic to the situation. Been invided to see the CCTV at head office but still waiting for the date and time seems like there trying to put it off, Court case pending, Absolute cowboys and they do not deserve to be in business. Make sure you read other people's reviews first before going to this place I wish I did. In reply to the comment below from Hayley Frost , yes it's "great I can see the footage" but you still havnt given me a date or time? This is what i am waiting for.

Very dissapointed.Boooked tyre fitting a week in advance only to be told on the day that the tyres had not arrived.These are common tyres for an astra.I was told that the tyres may be ready in four days time but maybe not.This is not the service I expect from a 'tyre and exhaust centre' .When I asked for my money back I was told the problem had to go to head office.Very unsatisfactory result. 0/10
