An independent licensed provider reviews each submission and decides whether treatment is clinically appropriate. Completing an assessment does not guarantee approval, a prescription, a specific medication, pharmacy fulfillment, or results. When care is approved, Concordia coordinates the non-clinical parts of the experience so patients can stay oriented. Depending on the plan and provider decision, that may include access to a secure patient portal, licensed U.S. pharmacy fulfillment for a valid prescription, billing and shipment updates, reminders, educational resources, and ongoing administrative support. Concordia does not practice medicine, diagnose, prescribe, compound, dispense, or replace a patient's independent licensed provider. Our programs are designed for men who want more structure around their weight-care journey, including men already using GLP-1 medication who may need a clearer next step. Clinical questions, medication decisions, symptoms, side effects, and dose changes belong with the licensed medical team through the secure patient portal.
