Staff was helpful and friendly on the phone, website was easy to navigate.
Everything went smoothly, but I wish there was a link or a note between the anchors and the drill bits, saying "this anchor requires this size drill bit" or something like that. I could have done the whole order online and not had to call in if the drill bit info was linked to the anchors.
