Absolutely useless. Waited 6 months for them to replace my glass not to mention the already failed repair. After 6 months of them coming out to measure the glass several times they told me it was too big to carry upstairs... I measured my window as I wanted to see if it would fit up my stairs. Guess what it did.... Don't waste your time or effort with this company, even aster housing have now contacted a different firm to do my repairs.. I'd like to mention in previous years I've never once been satisfied with this company. Hopefully aster won't use them any more.

I have just had my patio and drive cleaned and I was very impressed. Paul doesnt cut any corners and does a very efficient job and leaves everything tidy! I have used him to clean the interior conservatory also and will
most certainly be using him again, thank you Paul,,,

The company was appointed by our lease provider to replace the glass in our windows.
Is been 4 months now since the issue with the windows, 4 failed attemps and still not done. We are left with wrong size of the glass hanging inside the windows and the cancelled another atempt to fix them. The worst service and customer service ever. Avoid at all cost!!!!

A cheap and nasty 'Bodge Job' repair

The company was sanctioned by Leeds city council to 'repair' a defective double glazed unit in my bedroom. The 'Vision Technician' arrived and carried out the repair, and I was told that it should work but may take 6 weeks to take effect.
The window is south facing and the job was carried out on a very hot day. As a result the chemical used to solve the issue, dried almost immediately on the inside of the glass. The repair has left the window in no better condition than it was before.
A waste of time and effort!

Based on my experience, it is quite difficult to come up with a fair assessment in terms of an overall star rating. I need to distinguish between the company's admin and the product as delivered.

I had a fogged up bedroom window. Initial contact with the company was positive, call handler was informative and helpful, estimate for repair was reasonable (in comparison to cost of replacement), and an appointment was arranged. So far, plain sailing. However, engineer failed to turn up on two successive Fridays, which was frustrating. On the first occasion, it transpired that my booking hadn't been entered in diary at all: on the second occasion, I think the company had over-estimated the engineer's capacity to fulfil all his appointments on the due date. (In fairness, the engineer phoned me midway through the afternoon to advise me that he was so far away, geographically, that he couldn't hope to get round to me that day.)

Having re-arranged again, the engineer arrived promptly, was friendly, courteous and professional. Moreover, upon visual inspection, he suggested that the job was too small to justify any payment, so he would effect the necessary repair for nothing. This was a handsome gesture, and one which, I suspect, may have been the company's way of compensating me for the previous inconvenience. Whatever the reason, it was pleasing.

Turning now to the repair itself, I award an unequivocal five stars. After a period of less than a week since repair, the offending window has now dried out completely and is 100% free of any fog/condensation. I concede that I was somewhat sceptical initially, and feared that the process would fail and that the two small vents placed in the window as part of that process would simply serve to exacerbate the pre-existing unsightliness. But I have been proven happily wrong! I am now perfectly happy with the window, and couldn't applaud the process more. Or the technician.

So I think that an award of four stars overall seems a fair and balanced score. But if the company could get its admin act together and deliver as efficiently and effectively as the product they offer, it would have been a clear five stars.

Highly disappointed, after an initial cancelled appointment the technician has arrived. Only then to be told they are unable to carry out the works due to the window having white beading in. A photo was emailed during the quotation process to ensure this wouldn't be a problem. He also explained the glass was toughened and this was another reason the work could not be done. Surely this should be a question asked at the quotation stage to stop the wasting of both the technician and prospect client's time. Would not recommend this company.

Would highly recommend. Tom & Ash worked so hard in the recent wet weather and we couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

We have used this company twice to repair and service our double glazed windows. They are very customer friendly & the workmen are courteous & professional. Highly recommended.

What a waste of time. Gave them the details of the window over the phone including the size. When they turned up, and even before getting out of the van, I was told the window was too big and it was toughened glass so couldn’t do the job as per the quotation. So, having driven over 100 miles to get here it was a complete waste of everyone’s time.

We got this local small family business to fit us full replacement windows front door & french doors to the rear of our property & found everyone involved really helpful knowledgeable professionals.
