I received the mount and the box… with missing essential bracket to hand the TV!
I received the mount and the box contained only one (1) bracket upon which to mount the TV, not the required TWO Brackets. Am awaiting to hear back from this company to see how they will rectify the problem. Right now, the entire shipment is useless.

Lack of Support
The website stated it would hold a 50” TV, but it did not match the back of my 43” TV, no mention of any VESA sizes. Reached out for help via phone, chat and email, no replies. Then ordered VESA adapters on Amazon which worked. What pisses me off the most, zero support, that really sucks. And no mention of the VESA sizes.Should come with adapters just in case, or reimburse me $15.

Excellent Product, Great Value
For the price, I was expecting it to be a floppy plastic product, but for my application, it didn't need to be fantastic. To my surprise, it's seems quite sturdy and the spring even supports my heavy gamer laptop! One of the rare times I can give 5 stars and have it mean exceptional, instead of comparatively average. Thank you CondoMounts. Oh!...and i got it in like 2 or 3 days!

Mislabeled box
I liked the whole process of ordering, receiving and everything. My problem was that I was mounting a 75" tv and the description said this mount was for 30-80" tv's. When I received the mount, the box said in big, bold, letters that it was for 30-70" TV's. I didn't want to risk damaging a 75" tv by using an undersized mount, so I had to order a different mount for the larger tv from another vendor.

Easy, Seamless, Cool
I reached out to the company with questions, and got a prompt call back. The product arrived quickly and installation was seamless ... I hung 82" 97lb TV on a round column. Added floating shelves for apple tv and sound bar ... looks awesome. But got to admit it makes everyone nervous lol

Item seems to be exactly what is advertised . Only problem is the Vizio tv I own doesn’t fit correctly on it. The screws located to mount it are too close together to fit properly on the condo mount.
