I received my order fairly fast, but I had a big issue. an email requesting someone contact me. I never heard back, so I got on their website and the live messaging system for help, and the person on the live messaging system stated since I had already emailed that they could not help me and I had to wait for the response. It’s been a little over a month and I’ve not heard anything.

PROMPT SERVICE
The ordered items arrived quickly. Packaging was good. If I had known the screws came with a twist drill packaged with them, I would not have purchased a separate twist drill.

Concrete Fasteningg Systems SS bolts
These guys kept me going setting rock climbing routes with some great SS bolts!!! Have not used then yet, but the embossments portend no spinners and a great anchor!
