Worked brilliantly on my first attempt so would highly recommend.

The concept of Conference Genie is fantastic but, living as I do in South Africa, I have had some issues with it. First, the SA call number doesn't work so I am obliged to call in through the UK number. Second, I had problems entering the password during my last call. I entered it correctly but when it was read back to me, some of the digits were repeated twice, which resulted in a failed connection. After the fifth attempt it worked but by then I was the only one left on the call.

Just drops dead on the mobile - won't go through. Had to pay to call on landline in the end.

great facility and easy for all to use. Good quality great sound.

Nice to finally get through to a real person (compared with other websites) who was friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help.

Made dealing with a technical problem that I have no idea about much easier.

When we were initially trying to set up a conference facility I tried to go through Powwownow as I had used them in a previous job, but found the whole process unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming.

Time was fast running out before a very important call and between the back-and-forth emails with PWN I stumbled across Conference Genie. They offered a much simpler, straightforward and cheaper service with no fuss, which was set up in minutes and we have used them ever since!
