Yet another sham "International…
Yet another sham "International Nutrition conference" in Brisbane yesterday. We discovered many people saying the same things in reviews below. They were quick to take high registration fees, then they ghost. Last minute venue changes, no organisers turn up, missing speakers, no answers to emails, phone numbers don't work, fake names... Beware!!!! It's a giant scam!!!!
Bunch of looters and liars
Bunch of looters and liars ! Conference series uses cheap marketing tricks to woo young and dynamic doctors to present their talks and research papers at International Forums and then cheat them. The representative on phone cannot even talk proper English.
No pick-up and drop from the airport and hotel. Venue changed ! Not even one organiser was present at the venue. No audience even ! They are nothing but a bunch of Nincompoops who are going to get into big trouble very soon ! Like the saying goes, "you cannot fool all the people at all times"
Their latest scam was at Helsinki, Finland, whilst pretending to conduct the 5th Annual conference in Nursing and 2nd Annual conference in Emergency Medicine.
A union is being formed by all those affected in the past, which is awaited to put all of them behind bars.
Conference series is a scam
Conference series is a scam. They will take your money, move the location of the conference and then disappear if you confront them. Please spread the word that this is a scam. Tell you friends and colleagues not to book anything via Conference series. If you have any advise on how to report their Facebook page as well- please let me know. I would love to report them to authorities.
100% scam
I paid for both my parents to attend a conference in Atlanta, Georgia, totalling to more than €960. When they faced visa issues and tried to cancel their trip and ask for a refund, someone from the conference called them repeatedly and convinced them to instead transfer their money to the next conference for a year later and apply for visa again and they naively agreed. I convinced them to cancel the second trip and just ask for a refund. Since then I have been calling the ConferenceSeries every week for 3 months and every time they lie to me that they will refund me. They stopped picking up the phone since two weeks ago. My parents live in Iran and 960Euro is a considerable amount of money for them. And we've been scammed! I just don't understand why no organization in the US takes any kind of legal action against them. It's like a little Nigerian Prince situation going on in the US. Shame
I'm speechless
I'm speechless, "conference series" - me and another 6 participants (3 of whom were speakers) have arrived at the "diet, Nutrition and Obesity summit" in Yokohama, Japan only to find out that *no one else is here*, the organizers have not even arrived in the Japan.
Is this a joke? 😡😡😡😡
No one from "conference series" is answering our emails /phone calls about what hell is going on!?
I had to cancel my congres
I had to cancel my congres. I did so in due time. I did not get my payment reimburced.
After loads of mails they just got quiet and nothing happened .
This was in 2018 , still waiting.
This company is a proper rip off.

Badly planned conference
The conference was badly planned. There were 5 of us, and no one new what was going on. None from the conference series staff were present. Worst conference I have attended. The conference was meant to be for 2 days, nothing was planned for day 2. Day 1's programme was supposed to finish at 17.00, there were no speakers after lunch. This conference was really disappointing. There was a lot of money paid for me to be here, it is not fair nor right that I should go back to my supervisor and say I learned nothing.
Young researchers beware: it's a scam.
Any conferences that this company arranges is not legitimate. Be warned they approach you and ask if you'll be a keynote speaker (very unorthodox - unless you're well known). They'll ask for the details of your academic team (for their databases) and say you'll get a group discount (also very unorthodox). They will pass on your details to FAKE journals to publish your research (Check SJR rating most of these journals sound real but they are not recognised).
This "conference" will not be what you expect
I attended a "conference" organized by this company in Amsterdam, April, 2019. They actually reached out to ME in the fall of 2018 to be a speaker at this conference that was supposed to be two days. They asked that I be a "keynote speaker" (something that was not particularly important to me as I am not in academia) Then, over the next few months, I received numerous emails instructing me to hurry up and register for the conference. I was also encouraged to tell my US colleagues about it so they could attend. (I did not feel that was my responsibility, especially knowing nothing about the conference) It was quite costly, especially since I was coming from the US but I thought it would be a good opportunity to learn from other forensic psychologists from around the world. Although I as an invited speaker, None of my expenses were paid. I didn't even have a ride from the airport to the hotel. The locaton of the conference changed three times and ended up at a Holiday Inn. There were 7, maybe 8 people in the room. Not a "conference" at all. The "moderator" for our group arrived two hours late and I later found out that her hotel accommodations were paid for by the organizers/company. Another speaker/attendee told me that she only paid for 2 of her three nights at the hotel; the company paid for one of her nights. Another speaker/attendee told me that he only paid for the conference itself and was able to make his own accommodations. The contact person who corresponded with me via email was difficult to reach and was using a false name; and clearly English was not his first language because when he sent an email the grammar, syntax, vocabulary choices were strange. That should have told me it was a scam. It was supposed to be a forensic conference but at the last minute (the day before I left the US) I was informed that the conference had been expanded to "Clinical Psychology" AND Forensic Psychology/Criminology. Of course, they made it sound like that was going to benefit us in some way. Obviously, there were not enough speakers and participants to hold a two-day conference or even a 1-day conference. Three of the speakers didn't even show up. The organizers should have cancelled the "conference" but they wanted to keep the money. So, I paid hundreds of dollars for a two-day international forensic psychology conference, plus $1100 in airfare, to come to a 1-day "conference" with a hodge-podge of presentations that had nothing to do with each other and little to do with either topic area. This conference was grossly misrepresented and clearly was simply a money-making venture for the organizers. I wish I had read some of the legitimate reviews before I agreed to be a part of it. The only saving grace was the on-site coordinator, Ms. Carol Afflick, who was pleasant, professional, organized and very understanding of everyone's frustration. She deserved a medal.
Biggest scam of all time - disrespect to science
Today I had been invited to be a key note speaker at a conference in Paris. I arrived yesterday and headed to the pre conference dinner for which I had been invited. When I got there, the hotel wasn’t aware of any dinner. Waited for half an hour and another speaker showed up. And then two men who were the local organisers but weren’t actually aware of the conference or any details. They had been hired by someone in India to go there and run the event but didn’t have a contract, hadn’t been paid and had never spoken to any of the organisers by phone or email.
On the day of the conference, 5 speakers showed up from different parts of the world who had been tricked to believe this was an actual conference with hundreds of attendees. There were in fact only 3 attendees.
As speakers we decided not to go ahead with speaking to an audience of 3 people.
There were certificates that had also been created with a signature of one of the speakers without her authorisation.
Several speakers had also paid to a fund to support attendees from under developed countries, but these never came.
We tried contacting the organisers several times and were told there had been visa rejections and that’s why they didn’t have hundreds of attendees. But the room itself was set up for 10 only.
The whole thing is a scam and all the speakers lost time, money and risked having their names linked to this organisation.
Doing a search, we understand they are no longer authorised to work in the US, have several law suits against them and poor reviews.
Do not attend any of their conferences.
A complete failure
A complete failure.
The Dementia conference in Osaka (Mar 19) was a failure. Just a handful of attendees, poor communication, several changes in venues, and at the end a cancellation of a full day of conference...
AVOID!!!
Please guys
Please guys, whoever got scammed go to their social media pages and report them, report their facebook pages and comment on their facebook, twitter and any other possible posts so that we alert others. At least, this way other people won't fall in the same trap. This would also contribute to deactivating their social media pages.

BIG FAKE SCAMMERS
Hi , this is a bogus company based in Hyderabad, India. They organize low key conferences in order to escape claims of fraudulent activities.Their modus operandi is usually like: emails would be full of grammatically incorrect English and they also constantly badger you with random calls having fake american accents with terrible English ( it was easy for me to decode being an Indian myself). They use fake North American phone numbers showing +1 ISD code to deceive their victims.I urge everybody in the scientific community to never ever entertain these inhumane monsters. Please google Prof. Madhukar Pai's report on conferenceseries where he mentioned about them. I have personally emailed Prof. Madhukar Pai , Canada Research Chair in Epidemiology & Global Health at McGill University, Montreal and he confirmed that conferenceseries is utter rubbish and fake. The so called OCM also doesn't exist. They use pictures of researchers from random university websites and use them as OCM's. I have also emailed several so called OCM's and they said they didn't even know about the existence of this conference. I am ashamed of them, being an Indian. These are my own people trying to extort money from vulnerable researchers (mostly young students from Africa). My heart aches. The only two positive reviews here are their own people making fake accounts to put reviews ( check the location of these two scammers, its India!!!!) I sincerely hope one day we can make academia clean.
complete scam
complete scam. Will never go to a conference again that is organized by conference series. I have been to amazing medical and surgical conferences in the past that were organized by proper organizations. This conference in Rome was a complete joke. My colleagues and I were contacted by someone name Evelyn Jones..who supposedly is the organizer yet didn't even show up at the conference. I am dead sure she doesnt even exist and that they are just using this name. The conference was in one small hotel room at Holiday Inn...with a total of probably 10 people coming up. They also paired it with another random conference happening in the next room..how convenient! Nothing as advertised on their brochure...no workshops or anything. Such a waste of money. Because some people didn't show up the second day they preponed the schedule without informing everyone individually. Additionally, after our abstracts were accepted, we kept getting calling us every day urging us to register as apparently they had to make the program schedule. I should've known better. However, they kept postponing the abstract submission date. Never have i been urged so much to register in any other conference ive been to. Only attend a conference that has a legitimate website dedicated to it and organized by a proper organization. Conference series is just trying to make money and have sub-par events. not worth it at all.
Absolutely scam
Absolutely scam, I have a similar experience with these scammers of ConferenceSeries. I participated in a scientific conference in Vancouver - 05-06 Dec Chemistry and Drug designing.
It seems that they use known professors (I don`t know if they invite some).
I attended the first day, the conference was in a small room in Pacific Gateway Hotel. There was 10-12 persons. Dr. Marc Le Borgne (from University of Lyon-France) and Dr. Changning Wang (harvard medical school-USA) presented their work without any introduction as there was no organizer.
During the break I spoke with Dr. Marc Le Borgne and he pointed out that this is the first time he attends a conference with only few people. After the break, we were 7 persons and we attended the presentation of Dr. Peter J Boul through skype (he was supposed to present the next day). After the lunch, we were 5 persons they were looking for people to present their research (from Indea) through skype.... I presented my work in a funny way!! Then we left. My understanding that next day three or four persons attended to present their posters, three of theme came from India, they were on promise of meeting interesting people and present their work but nobody was there. IT WAS AREAL JOKE. After that, I contacted them to ask for the refund of registration fee through 'Purva' on linkedin because no one was responding to my email. We should stop these people. I know it will not be easy because they are international and they don't leave traces.
