Tamia - thank you for your feedback. Conferoo is a free to use conference service. Users of the service provide the access details to those individuals with whom they are conferencing. As the data processor, we connect the calls and use these phone numbers solely for the provision of service. Under the terms of GDPR, we do not provide the phone numbers of those that attend the calls, as this is not part of the conferencing service features.

I have been using this service for nearly 12 months and it is easy, reliable and recordings appear within five minutes. I have had one recording (from over 100) go astray but as soon as I contacted customer service, the recording was found and emailed to me. Fantastic service - well done Conferoo.

Highly recommended
Great tool for recording telephone calls and conference calling. Recordings are sent within moments of ending the call and quality is good. I had an issue with one call recording and contacted the customer service team who sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.
Highly recommended.
