I ordered a shaver
I ordered a shaver. It was broken and didn’t work when I received it. It was mailed in a plastic envelope. It wasn’t put in a protective wrapping. I emailed and received a reply within a day. I was asked to send pictures and got no response. After a week, I sent another email that went unanswered. I sent another email and have yet to hear back about a replacement or a refund.
