Without doubt one of the worst company's for delivery and communication after my order not arriving in a fare time I emailed them and asked for a tracking number then the issues started the number was invalid then we are moving warehouse then another tracking number again not valid then after 2 weeks was told the order will be there in 3 days Day 4 not delivery then was told item out of stock so I wanted a refund just a bunch of lies to be told it was on its way and given 2 false tracking numbers when they did not even have the stock as well as being told moving warehouse again just lies the order was place first Thursday in November 2023 and there were many emails between us during the whole process what I was not Impressed with was that you sent me 2 tracking numbers and saying it was sent then after 2 weeks you say in writing there out of stock not the way to treat customers

Good product
My little one refused to wear nappies, unable to potty train yet due to their special needs.
These are a bit softer than nappies and hold more, my little one does keep these on so it’s such a relief for school
Very happy with purchase and will continue to buy

No custom service
Order was easy to place and arrived quickly but didn’t work as hoped for.
After thinking I’d maybe ordered the wrong size I messaged via email and Facebook in hope of some advice.
This was back in August and I’m yet to receive a response.

As my daughter was slowly outgrowing pampers I had to bite the bullet and look at buying some bigger nappies for her. I found confidence club via Google, read a few reviews, had a look at some other sites but not being able to find the size suitable and weighing up prices value for money ect, I went with the magic pyjama pants 4-7 years. They fit my 4 year old perfectly and we’ve had no leaks! They last us SO much longer then the pampers we’ve just come out from and would thoroughly recommend- we use them for daily use as well as night time.
