£120 purchase not received & no refund

Ordered some clothes for Eid on march 12th as it stands its may 6th…

Clothes was not received and I attempted to contact customer support 4x times and no response was given. I spent £120 with them and I haven’t even had a refund or notified on what’s happening with my order.

DO NOT buy from these people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give this company no stars I would!

How they’re even still going is beyond me after reading the reviews. I will be reporting this company.

My son 17 years old just started his apprenticeship got his first pay and ordered a tracksuit (I only wish, he had let me check the company out first). He paid next day delivery, it’s been over a week and after several emails and instagram messages he has had no response and still no tracksuit. I tried to email and the emails bounce back (scammers at their best).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
