Reward scheme you can't redeem

There purpose and i quote ' To take customers from confusion to clarity " what a joke I have been in contact for the past 2 weeks trying to find out why I am unable to redeem my £20 reward for buying my insurance through confused. Com. I received a reply today and I don't know about clarity I was even more confused ( .Com ) than I was before I got in touch. The reward has now expired like my patience with confused.com.

We’re sorry for any frustration this is causing.
Our Rewards+ program is app exclusive to ensure a secure and seamless experience. Because of this, a mobile device is required to log in, view and use any earned rewards.

We understand not everyone has a smartphone. An alternative option is to use a tablet: Our app is fully compatible with most iPad and Android tablets. If you have access to a tablet, you can download the app and use it to manage and redeem your rewards.

You could also temporarily use a trusted family member's smartphone or tablet. Simply download the app, log into your account to access your reward. Make sure you log out once you're done though.

Your feedback about accessibility is important to us, and we will certainly share it with our development team as we look for ways to improve.

Not one of the quotes was right

Not one of the quotes was right. every time you went to the insurers website it said there was an issue and made you put your details in again, then it went up by like £1500. Tried about 4 different instances quotes all the same, massive waste time

We want to clarify that we are a comparison website and do not set the prices ourselves. All the premiums displayed are calculated and provided directly by the insurance companies on our panel. They determine the cost based on statistics with similar details, and their rates can change frequently.

To help figure out why your price has changed, please first check for these common changes:

Did the payment method change from annual to monthly?
Did you add or upgrade any optional extras? (e.g. add legal cover, add/upgrade breakdown cover, upgrade courtesy car to hire car)
Did you upgrade the cover level? (e.g. change from ‘Bronze’ to ‘Gold’)

If none of those steps explain the change, please email complaints@help.confused.com with the following details so we can investigate with the insurer directly:

So important to check the policy contents carefully

I wanted a good deal for my car insurance and without any further thought went straight to Confused.com. BUT not so straiight forward this year. Firstly i ticked replacement car and extra court case insurance that i required, these never were included in my final price, and cost me another £30 of which i probally would not have bought at this now higher price. Also I could find no where were to buy this insurance quoted and had to phone up the company and they were able to track the policy eventually on Confused.com.Seems standards have gone down as never before in 25 years have i had these problems that are unexpected and means you do not know what exactly you have bought and trusted to be correct
