I paid for a 1-day pass to watch the champions league final, their service didn't even work! I kept trying for half an hour and eventually gave up, and had to watch the game on one of the piracy websites (I'm glad they exist!!). Then I contacted their support to ask for a refund, it took 2 days for them to reply, and they said they won't refund because that's in their ToS! They don't care that I didn't get the service. So I'm filing a chargeback with my bank. Such a useless and rude support policy.

Paid to get the world cup package with the decoder. over 300$, A guy came to install and couldn't make it work.. days later I called to ask for a refund, they said yes sure. after countless calls, they still haven't given me my money back (since 1 year). Thiefs! they take advantage of the people of the UAE because they don't have offices here due to the embargo. The latest was yesterday, I paid the daily pass to watch the Champion league final, they charge my credit card and the thing didn't work, it keeps saying I have no subscriptions. I have lost nearly AED 1,300 with these guys, STAY AWAY!

Stay away from these guys, they are thieves. They use tactics to lock you into contracts that are not refundable according to them even though the contents are not what advertised. They are surely laughing to have scammed my money but they have lost a customer forever. My streaming money will go to someone else. Btw, their streaming speed and quality arn’t worth the price and the hassle of dealing with these guys.

Unethical business at best. They automatically renew my subscription without me knowing and refuse to refund.

The problem is they lost the right to broadcast the only soccer league that I follow. Without proper notification about their loss, they renewed my annual subscription and refuse my request to refund since there was no need for me to use their service anymore.

The streaming quality is fairly unreliable too. Why buy yourselves into troubles with this company. I would stay away from them forever. They definitely won at thieving my money. I'm fine with that but my future money will go to their competitors.

The service itself is good. But the support and some dumb decision make it simply the worst thing you can get.

Their offer includes la Liga (the Spanish league), with live coverage of all games. I've never had any issue until the Classico match, Real Madrid vs. Barcelona. They decided unilaterally to "not stream the game live for Bein Connect subscribers". So, because some jerk decided so, we, the paid subscribers who paid for the service, couldn't watch the game.

I've reached out to the support service with no answer. Since I subscribed, they never answer anything.

I really regret that I've paid for a year upfront... otherwise, I would have cut them off as they did for us. They don't deserve my money.

What disgusts me, even more, is, there is nothing we can do about it.

What I learned from this thing is the following:

- Don't get a service that doesn't respect its customers
- Don't get a service that you can't dispute, like when using Paypal and their Buyer Protection. You get 60 days to dispute your purchase
- Never pay a year upfront
