It’s very complicated
It’s very complicated. Their “dental” is actually another company requiring username and password for their APP AND for their website. Their “pharmaceutical” is another company with lots of complications. And their own ConnectiCare platform is a mess. Recently acquired by Molina (check THAT one out in trust pilot! Very low rating. If you call it’s very rare to have a rep that has English as a first language and the calls are usually overseas (I think). It’s just difficult to communicate. They held up two reimbursements for dental cleanings (I’ve never had trouble anything like this…it’s usually pretty straightforward) and have refused payment for four different reasons…none of them valid. Last call I was told they were waiting for a response from my primary insurance. Which I don’t have. Hence no reply. Hence no payment. I’ve asked for a supervisor…can’t get it.
