Booking via the website was easy, and I did like the tone and promptness of the confirmation. Another plus was that one can phone- I had to to make the booking administrators aware that my flight would be delayed by at least an hour. They ensured that the driver was aware. In the end the flight was almost 2 hours late. The driver also communicated well and I was soon settled in a spacious and comfortable car. I was particularly grateful because it was late at night and I could not have reached my final destination by public transport at this hour. I felt safe and truly cared for. Thank you!

On arrival passport control was slow and we were late in meeting our driver. He was curteous and this made all the difference. The music he played was great and welcoming.
