  1. Physical Fitness Program

Written by the company

Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness is a virtual pelvic floor and core strength program founded by Caroline Packard, DPT — a licensed pelvic floor physical therapist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We help women resolve issues most fitness programs overlook: urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, postpartum core weakness, the "mom pooch," and back pain that won't go away. Our membership combines pelvic floor education with progressive strength training built around proper breathing, pressure management, and rib-to-pelvis alignment — the foundation most workouts skip. Whether you're newly postpartum, decades past childbirth, or simply tired of programs that don't work, we meet you where you are.

I've had increasing hip pain problems…

I've had increasing hip pain problems that I thought stemmed from sitting at a desk and on a plane too much. After working with a coach, I identified the culprit: pelvic floor dysfunction; anterior pelvic tilt.

While it does take a commitment to retrain your body, especially if you've been using poor mechanics for years, I was actually surprised how in the first few days Caroline already had me operating with a whole new body awareness from breathing patterns to pressure.

Plus, there's a perk I didn't know I needed: you can earn $ for referrals--funny, because I was already enlisting my BFF for free. We're fixing our lives over here.

Back and SI joint pain GONE

After struggling with debilitating back and SI joint pain postpartum, Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness programs helped me slow down and rebuild my body from the ground up. I'm now lifting weights and running with little to no pain. It's restored both my confidence and my hope for the future
